Join us as we visit the world-famous Motion Picture Academy Museum at Wilshire & Fairfax in Los Angeles as we celebrate the art & science of moviemaking. This year the museum is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the movie Jaws, the film that kept an entire generation of movie-goers out of the water! The exhibit on the history of Jewish film makers who created the studio system that we know today continues, as does the Oscar Experience where you can be filmed accepting your own special Oscar. Everything you want to know about set design on films like Barbie and others is highlighted in exhibits this year. After our museum tour, our bus will take us up Fairfax Ave. to Canter's Deli where lunch is on your own from their extensive menu. Be sure to leave some room to pick up something from their bakery! ( Click here for Cantor's Deli's menu .)
