This multimedia course explores the California Gubernatorial recall election procedures, issues, candidates and political campaign messages of the incumbent and his potential successors. Each class will focus on one or more themes as well as a review of leading campaign news and issues. The substance as well as style of campaigns will be addressed, including a healthy dose of fact checking and policy analysis.
