Meditation for Everyday Life

Meditation can transform life in a positive and lasting way. Practiced regularly, meditation has been proven to affect psychological well-being by reducing stress, depression, anxiety, blood pressure and addictions. It also boosts the immune system, improves memory and brain function and helps deal with chronic pain. Meditation is a simple way of training the mind and can be practiced by everyone. Meet at 3:15 p.m. to set up the room; class will start at 3:30 p.m.
