Medical research tells us that regular, moderate physical exercise is essential for maintaining physical, mental and emotional health. OLLI offers various classes which provide ways of keeping fit. In addition, several OLLI members participate in regular off-campus fitness activities such as hiking, bicycling, kayaking and dancing, specifically geared to a senior age group. This class offers insight into these non-OLLI sponsored activities and provides information for those who might be interested in joining them.
