Phocus Club Presents: Trips and Tips

This course will inform and inspire OLLI members to explore the world through travel and/or photography.  Presentations will show travel destinations near and far. For each topic, the context will be described, including details about its location, a brief history, its location, travel tips, and accessibility details. As images/videos are shared, presenters will discuss their goals for visiting, tell stories to engage the audience, and give a few photography tips using their own images to illustrate how members can improve their own photos (both before and after an image is captured), whether they use a smartphone or dedicated camera. Classes will focus on both local venues and distant destinations that Phocus Club members have visited. Class members are encouraged to share their reactions to each presentation or ask questions.
