Money News—Personal Finance, Business, Economics   Piggy bank among dollar bills

Alternate Tuesdays • 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. • Pine 140

January 24 • February 7, 21 • March 7, 21 • April 11

This course goes behind the headlines of these uncertain economic times. Each class focuses on an “anchor topic” as well as a brisk review of recent personal finance, economic and business news from such leading publications as the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Economist and regional and local periodicals. Participants are encouraged to bring up topic areas they wish to explore. With so many retirement “nest eggs” now dependent on financial markets, “Money News” will provide participants with insights and vital discussion on issues affecting their personal economic security.
