Intersession: December 10
Prerequisite: Ability to read music and play an instrument
Required: Music stand, rhythm instrument (some may be available)
Concert Dress: All black or black pants/skirt and white shirt/blouse
Material Fee: None for fall 2021
We will practice rhythm patterns using a variety of rhythm instruments. The musical and percussive qualities of formal and “everyday” rhythm instruments, and how each contributes to various kinds of compositions will be explored.
