Special Events Registration Policy

Who goes? How are they chosen?

Special events are first made available to OLLI members only. The event flyer will advise the date members can register. At a future date, based on space availability, the event may be opened to OLLI friends and family.

Registration will be through the OLLI TouchNet system. If the event fills up, registration will no longer be available. You can call the office at 657-278-2446 and ask to be placed on a waiting list. A registered participant who is unable to attend an event should notify the OLLI office at least two business days before the event. If there is a waiting list for the event, a replacement will be registered from the waiting list, and a refund will be made to the participant who is unable to attend.
